Reset, Relax & Restore

Leave your worries in the parking lot. No previous yoga experience required.

If nap-time in kindergarten were for adults, it would look like this.

Join us for an early spring Restorative Yoga event to reset your mind and body. This special two hour session includes:

-Utilizing a tennis ball to roll away all your muscle tension

-Guided breath work to help prepare the mind and body for deep relaxation

-Long held restorative postures in which the body is completely supported by bolsters, blankets, and yoga blocks

-Guided meditation in a restful position for complete relaxation.
