Come move, breathe, and reset with us for a peaceful morning together. This class is beginner-friendly and open to all levels — just come as you are.
You can: • Pay $10 online ahead of time through my PayPal or my Facebook messenger
• Or bring cash and pay in person
Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one 🤍
Don’t have a mat? No worries!
• A thick towel works great
• A blanket can be used for extra cushion
• Message me ahead of time — I have a couple extras to share
