The Virginia Quilt Museum invites you to join us for a special afternoon celebrating our newest exhibitions: Fantastic Stories: Quilts that Abound in Meaning, Vanishing by Holly Cole, and the Spotlight Exhibit on Kathleen Decker! Meet featured artists Lena Meszaros, Kathy Nida, Holly Cole, and Kathleen Decker, and explore the unique stories and creative visions behind their work on view. Enjoy an afternoon at the museum, tour the exhibitions, and have the opportunity to chat with the curator and artists about their processes, inspirations, and the narratives stitched into each quilt.
