• Release stored emotional patterns
• Shift out of fight/flight/freeze
• Feel more grounded and connected
 	
 Includes: Somatic practices • Sound + Vibration • Emotional Release • Mindfulness Practices• Breathwork• Healing with Art and Music and a whole toolbox of neurosomatic coping skills.
 	
Supportive, therapeutic group space facilitated by Misty Brown, MSW, LSW—Licensed Neurosomatic & Vibroacoustic Therapist with 30 years of experience helping people move from survival patterns into embodied healing.
