Featuring a quilt sale from Quilts for Kids Nepal ( https://quiltsforkidsproject.com)

VQM celebrates Dayton Days with free admission and a make and take craft for all ages. Enjoy the chance to see all of our new exhibitions, browse our new fall items in the gift shop. Adults and children alike can make a fabric covered postcard or notecard, and take it with them.

The Virginia Quilt Museum is proud to partner with Quilts for Kids Nepal during Dayton Days. Quilts for Kids Nepal will have volunteers on site along with about 25 amazing quilts from sale, ranging in price from $150 to $600. These quilts are made by the women in Kathmandu, Nepal, and the money raised by these quilts goes to educating children from this community. Visit VQM during Dayton Days to see these amazing quilts and buy one for yourself or a friend!
