For many neurodivergent or highly sensitive kids, traditional approaches don’t always work—and it’s not because something is wrong with them.

This 4-week group gives them a safe, creative space to regulate their nervous system, build confidence, and feel truly understood while learning skills to regulate and process their emotions in a healthy way. 

✨ Kids will learn to: 
• Manage big feelings and anxiety
• Improve focus and self-control
• Express themselves creatively
• Build confidence and connection
