This retreat has been created especially for yoga teachers and dedicated students who are craving depth in their practice and a chance to reconnect with the heart of Yoga.

ABOUT AMY

Amy McDonald has been practicing Yoga since she was eight years old and teaching since 2009. She has led retreats, workshops, trainings, and immersions throughout Australia, Bali, Singapore, Thailand, Europe, the UK, and the USA. Her teaching integrates hatha yoga, pranayama, philosophy, mythology, and a practical, grounded approach that helps students experience the depth of Yoga in ways that feel relevant and accessible.
