Shamanic Journeying class

A shamanic journey is a practice of intentionally entering an altered state of consciousness to explore the spirit world and gain insight, guidance, or healing. It involves using techniques like drumming, breath work, or visualization to facilitate travel to different spiritual realms and connect with spirit guides or power animals. Please Note: This practice is only for those who have had beginners training. Love contribution is $5 per person. Wednesday December 17, 7pm-8:30pm
