Creative Flow Workshop

Creative flow—often described as being “in the zone”—is a mental state marked by deep focus and immersion. During this state, time feels diminished, self-awareness fades, and concentration intensifies, creating a strong alignment between action and intent.
This experience is not limited to any single discipline. It can occur across a wide range of activities, including painting, art journaling, crafting, cooking, and coding. Creative flow emerges when the challenge of a task aligns with an individual’s skill level, resulting in a sense of ease and fulfillment.

Your class instructor is Jennifer Jordan. You will be working with mixed media on an 11 x 14 inch canvas and creating a physical manifestation of your "light side" of your personality/spirit.

All supplies are included in this 2 hour class for $20 per person due at beginning of afternoon.

You may bring anything personal ie crystals, pictures, fabric swatch from loved one, jewelry, etc to add to your canvas.
