Join us for an upbeat full body workout every Tuesday at 6:30 PM
Davison Free Methodist Church.
Off Davison Road east of Kroger and State Street.
Enter through door two around the back. This is the gym door entrance.

Designed for all ability levels.
$7 admission per person - Cash or Venmo

Please bring your own equipment if you have any.
A limited amount of equipment is available for new attendees.
Drumsticks available for $5 per pair (while available)
Bring hydration/water.

In Winter: we recommend that you change into athletic shoes at the door to save from bringing wetness into the gymnasium.
