Snowshoe Discovery Tour: Natural History w/ Chip

Join White Grass owner Chip Chase on an entertaining walk featuring natural history and more while wandering along a pretty streamside and vista-filled pastures.

This walk begins at 10AM at the White Grass Ski Touring Center and follows some of the refuge's XC ski trails. The walk will be a little over a mile and will include uneven terrain. This event may be canceled in the event of inclement weather. Please stay tuned to our website and Facebook page for updates to this event.

Our winter walks take place on snowshoes, conditions allowing. Snowshoes for the Snowshoe Discovery Tours are provided by White Grass. Snowshoe Discovery Tours take place every Sunday from January to March. A tour will also take place on the Mondays of the holiday weekends in January and February.
