12PM – Noon Nourish
Take a midday pause to refresh and realign. This balanced practice is designed to release tension, restore energy, and nourish body and soul, a perfect reset before the rest of your day.

BIO:
Sheray Efaw is a yoga instructor with over ten years of teaching and personal practice. Trained in Radiant Body Yoga under Kia Miller, she artfully blends vinyasa flow, Kundalini-inspired movement, meditation, and breath-work to create restorative experiences that promote relaxation, balance, and self-love.
Her heart-centered, laid-back approach invites guests to unwind and reconnect with inner peace through mindful movement and intentional breath. Based in West Virginia, Sheray shares her passion for holistic wellness through yoga, retreats, and community collaborations that inspire calm and rejuvenation.
