Surrounded by nature at Tree Tops Park, we will gather to breathe deeper, reflect intentionally, and realign with what truly matters. Whether you come to meditate, move your body, journal, connect, or simply sit in quiet presence this morning is yours.

The birds will be singing.
The air will feel lighter.
And for a few intentional hours, you will not have to perform only be.

Come as you are.
Bring a friend.
