About Ani Phearce:

In brief, Phearce grew up a punk rocker in New York City where he was internationally known as a DJ + recording artist + producer + remixer + record label exec working + running the two most important + best house music labels in the world: Strictly Rhythm + Subliminal Records. Also, he managed and helped produce the multi-million dollar selling dance act, Reel 2 Real featuring The Mad Stuntman responsible for the worldwide hit single, "I LIKE TO MOVE IT." His first ever remix for the underground dance group Smooth Touch - "HOUSE OF LOVE/IN MY HOUSE!" went #1 on the Billboard Club Play Chart. 

When he wasn't on tour or in the studio, Phearce was behind the decks as one of the original resident DJ's at the Subliminal Sessions party on Thursdays at Centro-Fly in Manhattan... the iconic party would become a global brand with parties in England, Ibiza and the rest of Europe.

After moving to Miami in 2002 to pursue a solo career, he became one of the resident DJ's at longest running club night in Miami Beach for the infamous party called BACK DOOR BAMBY. Plus, he was the resident DJ at Crobar Miami i.e., Cameo Theater and Level/Mansion. Finally, he was the resident DJ at Blue Martini Brickell on Fridays for 13 years and Blue Martini Kendall on Saturdays for 14 years straight, both gigs were the highest grossing nights at the respective venues. Phearce has played an integral role in both New York and Miami as far as nightlife and the music industry is concerned.
