Christmas in Davidson, one of the Town of Davidson’s signature events, will return this year on Thursday, December 4; Friday, December 5; and Saturday, December 6 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. nightly. The official opening ceremonies will be on Thursday, December 4 at 6:00 p.m. with Santa Claus' arrival and the annual tree lighting ceremony on the Town Green. Guests can expect to enjoy a Holiday light show, roving entertainment, live nativity scenes, bubble snowflakes, unique gifts from the artisan village, a children’s craft area, and more!
Main Street from Concord Road to Jackson Street will be closed to traffic and blocked off to allow the community to leisurely stroll throughout Town, enjoying the festivities, while making stops at local specialty shops, and enjoying a wide variety of food from Davidson’s restaurants.
Accessible Parking will be available in the Davidson Public Library parking lot along Lorimer Road with an attendant present to allow drivers access.
The 2025 Christmas in Davidson Event Guide will be available after Nov.1.
We are pleased to announce that free trolley services will be available to guests again this year. The Town will operate three different trolley routes this year.
