We open & close the night together in song (usually more “congregational” in nature); and while there are obvious logistical benefits to this format—given my context as a newer artist—the heart of it all is communion. When I think of my favorite hobbies, activities, things—though I’m an introvert—all of those favorites have been best experienced with the people I love.So, why not apply that to my concerts as well, in a more integrated & meaningful way than just inviting my friends to open for me?
