Beginning with how to make pizza dough from scratch you will then perfect stretching and slinging the bases, receive insider secrets into Santina's famous sauce, create your own topping combinations and finally cook your creation on our wood fired oven. A maximum of 10 participants ensures our experienced team will be on hand to guide you through the process, sharing tips and tricks along the way.As well as pizza tastings and refreshments throughout the experience you will leave with...your own pizza creation, 100% handmade by you on the daya DIY kit containing your own dough plus all the toppings and instructions needed to recreate your experience at homea certificate of achievementDon't be afraid to get messy, this is a completely hands on experience where you execute every step of the perfect pizza yourself.The masterclass lasts approximately 2-2.5 hours.Please note: this experience involve open air cooking.
