What you’ll experience
Settle and gently ground your energy, reconnecting to steadiness and safety
Allow the sound vibrations to soften the nervous system and bring deep relaxation
Receive the healing rhythms of the Reiki drum to release what no longer serves you
Open the heart space with compassion, tenderness, and gentle release
Create space for new intentions that honour rest, reflection, and clarity
Rest in a serene, heart-centred space where you can simply receive and be held
No previous experience is needed – you are welcome just as you are.
What to bring
Yoga mat
Blankets
Pillow or cushion
Optional bolster for under the knees
Bottle of water
Anything else to make you cosy (warm socks, hot water bottle, extra padding)
