Join us for a powerful 60 minute class that blends the best of both worlds - 30 minutes of a heart pumping workout followed by 30 minutes of mat Pilates. All proceeds benefit Make-A-Wish Iowa to help grant life-changing wishies to children with critical illnesses. Move with purpose, challenge your body, and help make wishes come true.

If you are new to Orangetheory, please arrive 10 minutes early to complete safety waiver. Tennis shoes are required to participate and we kindly ask to bring your own mat!
