Admission is free, we just ask that you donate whatever you can.Featuring delicious food generously provided by Bridges Catering, MozBites Food Truck, I Love Fu Fu, and Cookies and Dreams--along with beautiful artwork, Ugandan music, and a family-friendly presentation--come have a great time and benefit a great cause. All ages welcome and encouraged to attend. We will even be joined remotely by some of our Ugandan colleagues!Proceeds will be used to support Jacob's work to help build a communal kitchen that Ugandan high school students will use to bake and sell baked goods. This project will pay their school fees so they can stay in school, while also helping improve child nutrition.

Jacquie has held leadership positions in both domestic and global public health organizations, and is deeply committed to ethical, effective, and sustainable public health work.Jacob Cutts is a sophomore at Pleasant Valley High School, going to Uganda for the first time this March. He will be working with the Cutts family's longtime friend, Mukalu Mohamed, to establish a communal kitchen local students can use to bake nutritionally-enhanced baked goods that they can sell in their schools and communities, the proceeds from which will help them pay their school fees and stay in school. He will also be helping to setup 'SAFE Spaces' student chapters where students will receive vocational and social entrepreneurship training, through which they will learn how to effectively and sustainably solve community health and development problems through business ventures."
