How I Spent My Summer Break features still-life photography by Randy Richmond, transforming collected objects, natural materials, and everyday curiosities into carefully composed photographic scenes.

Throughout the exhibition, Randy will also be in the gallery for demonstrations and hands-on participation every Tuesday and Thursday from 10 AM–Noon. Stop in to watch his process, ask questions, and take part in the creative experience.

Join us for an evening reception celebrating the exhibition, meet the artist, explore the work, and learn more about the ideas and techniques behind the photographs.

The exhibition runs August 24–September 20 at the Catich Gallery in the Galvin Fine Arts Center at St. Ambrose University. Gallery Hours Mon-Thur 9am-4pm
