FREE CLASS: Root Cause, Real Results: Problem Solving Tools

Work through real examples to see how different problems call for different solutions. Explore three practical problem-solving tools and practice choosing the right approach to get past surface issues and identify root causes. Short exercises and guided examples keep the session fast-paced and useful.

EICC is offering free classes during April in celebration of Community College Month. Community College Month is coordinated by the Association of Community College Trustees to increase awareness of the many economic, academic, and equity advantages. EICC is proud to be among 1,000+ institutions across the U.S. celebrating Community College Month.
