You’ll learn how to activate and coordinate these deeper systems in a way that supports your whole body, whether you’re on your mat or moving through life. Expect longer-held poses, mindful movement, and a healthy dose of body nerd vibes as we dive into yoga with a FUN-ctional twist.

Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this workshop is your invitation to connect with your breath, feel stronger through your core, and engage with your pelvic floor in a way that actually makes sense.

Taught in the 1st floor studio at the Downtown Davenport (Bittner) YMCA. FREE for members of the Iowa Mississippi Valley YMCAs.
