In celebration of our upcoming Purok 19 Fiesta, we are excited to announce the opening of registration for our Purok 19 Fiesta Basketball League! �

We are inviting Purok 19 residents and known players of the Wellspring Highlands basketball court who are interested in joining the league to form your teams and submit your Team Registration to the Organizing Committee.

� Before registering, please read the Official League Guidelines below carefully. These guidelines contain important information regarding:

� Game Fees
� Player Eligibility
� Game Schedules & Attendance
� Sportsmanship & Conduct
� Protests & Forfeiture
� 9:00 PM Community Curfew
� Compliance & Disqualification

� REGISTRATION FEE: ₱2,000 / TEAM

75% initial payment: ₱1,500
Remaining balance: ₱500, payable on or before the team’s 2nd game

� NO PAY, NO PLAY

Please also take note that the ₱500 game fee per team per scheduled game is required regardless of the game result, including games resulting in a default/forfeit.
