Decisions are being made right now that will fundamentally reshape our neighborhoods, green spaces, and the future of the Northern Territory. This is your chance to get informed, ask questions, and have your say on two major planning issues:
🗣️Should the CLP proposal to reduce minimum lot sizes be supported? The NT Government is looking to slash minimum standard lot sizes in Zone LR (Low Density Residential) from 800m² down to 450m². Will this fix our housing challenges through smart infill, or will it over-burden local infrastructure and alter suburban character?  
🗣️ Should the Lee Point housing project be moved to Berrimah? With growing calls for a moratorium at Lee Point to protect our unique natural heritage, community groups are proposing a land swap to move the Defence Housing Australia (DHA) project to the Defence Establishment Berrimah site.
