As part of NT Seafood Month, Pink Chopstix is serving up a relaxed Darwin Waterfront seafood experience celebrating bold Asian flavours, tropical produce and one of the Territory’s most iconic catches - NT mud crab!

Forget the formalities. This is about settling in by the water, enjoying great local seafood, cracking into a whole mud crab and soaking up the Darwin night sky.

Each guest will receive a Darwin KP Mango-Tini on arrival, followed by Shark Bay half-shell scallops with Chinese-style garlic butter and vermicelli, Humpty Doo Barramundi bao sliders and the hero of the night, one whole 1.2kg+ NT mud crab per person.

Choose your crab Golden Salt & Pepper or go all in with the Chef’s Special Singapore Chilli.

Finish with Pink Chopstix deep fried ice cream served with seasonal tropical fruit.

Bringing two Territory favourites together to start the night: Darwin's famous KP mango and our local mud crab.

A refreshing tropical KP Mango-Tini cocktail on arrival, before the mud crab hits the wok.

Garlic Butter Scallops | 2
Half-shell scallops from Shark Bay served with glass vermicelli, Chinese-style garlic butter, Chinese cooking wine and spring onion. The vermicelli catches all that garlic butter and scallop juice, so don't leave it behind.

A TASTE OF HUMPTY DOO

Crispy Humpty Doo Barramundi Bao Slider | 2
Crispy Humpty Doo barramundi fillet tucked into soft bao with house pickles, Lebanese cucumber, purple cabbage, kale, Japanese mayonnaise, fresh chilli, coriander and calamansi lime.

Our signature Singapore chilli mud crab: sweet, savoury, tangy and just spicy enough. Served with fluffy mantou buns for soaking up every last bit of chilli crab sauce. Leaving the sauce behind should be a crime.
