What happens when you remove sight from the table?
Join us for a guided Drink & Dine in the Dark lunch, where guests enjoy a three-course meal and matched wines (optional) while wearing blindfolds. With vision removed, flavour, texture, aroma, and conversation come sharply into focus.
Each course has been specifically designed to be eaten by hand and enjoyed in complete darkness, .
The menu includes:
*Bush tomato & beef cheek croquettes
*Banana leaf–wrapped barramundi parcels with steamed greens and light miso
*Strawberry gum cheesecake with raspberry vinegar gel
Guests will be guided through the experience by our team. At the end of the lunch, blindfolds come off and the full menu is revealed.
