Cheese Club heads to Spain

We’ll be tasting three Spanish cheeses, each made from a different milk and aged to show how time, texture and tradition shape flavour.

What’s on the board:

• Queso de Cabra – an aged goat’s milk cheese with gentle tang and buttery softness
• Queso Mezcla Curado – a cured mixed-milk cheese (cow, goat & sheep) offering balance, savoury notes and versatility
• Queso Manchego Maturado – a classic aged sheep’s milk cheese with nutty, peppery depth and a long finish

Includes accompaniments.

For 18+ years only.

Perfect for cheese lovers, wine drinkers, and anyone who enjoys learning something new with a glass in hand.

Cheeses subject to availably and if not available we will substitute.
