Whether you're a seasoned sprinter, a long jump legend, or trying the shot put for the first time — this is your moment to shine. Athletes aged 9 years and up can take part, with age-based event selections:

9yrs – U18 (including para): Select up to 5 events

U20 – Masters (including para): Select up to 6 events
