Focus & Flow for the Entrepreneur (OBM 2025)

An organisation working in unison towards a common goal. Communication that flows seamlessly between business units. The ability to focus when it's needed. Sounds like a myth. But there are organisations that have been able to get past the obstacles and power ahead.

While focus has been the topic of business for decades, only now, with the rise in ADHD diagnoses, is enterprise looking at the impact on productivity and cohesion.

When it comes to the flow state, Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, as early as the 1970s started forming theories around how individuals and groups can achieve more without working harder.

In this exploration of both Focus and Flow, entrepreneurs, sole traders and small business owners will look at practical ways to achieve both in their businesses, while exploring how today's greatest thinkers on these areas are applying it to theirs.
