Tower Shukokai Annual Kangeiko

The Tower Shukokai Kangeiko is a test of resilience, and an opportunity for like-minded karateka to enjoy training, camaraderie, and the great outdoors. Meet at the "Sunnyhurst"; yomp up to the Tower; do a bit of karate; yomp down and share a beer / hot chocolate in the Sunnyhurst.
Some train barefoot. Some keep their boots on. Some join us for the walk uphill but don't train. Others simply meet us for the post-keiko beer. We don't judge, we'd just love you to join us.
