One of Darwen’s favourite Christmas traditions is back and this year’s event is filled with more than 9 hours of festive fun! 🌟
Hot on the heels of announcing singing sensation Kelly Llorenna as our headliner (cue the Christmas cheer! 🎶), we’ve now unwrapped the full line-up for this year’s magical celebration…
🎤 Joining the festive fun is Britain’s Got Talent finalist Steve Royle – the hilarious actor, comedian and juggler who’s guaranteed to have the crowds in stitches!
🎅 Father Christmas will be stopping by too (of course!), along with talented singers from Darwen School of Music’s Begin2Sing, performing their brand-new single celebrating the town!
From 10am, the whole town centre will be buzzing with festive cheer - with Market Square, Darwen Market and the main stage bursting with activity.

❄️ Ice Glitz Christmas characters
🎠 Fairground rides
🎺 Performances from @Darwen Brass Band & The Preston Handbell Ensemble
📖 Magical Christmas storytelling sessions with Father Christmas (always a sell-out!)
Then from 2pm, the fabulous Kiki Deville takes over the main stage, introducing a packed afternoon of music, dance and community performances featuring Zoe Taylor Dance Academy, Lancashire Dance Academy, and pupils from Darwen School of Music! 💃🎵
And just before the big countdown… the incredible Kelly Llorenna will take to the stage to belt out her iconic hits Heart of Gold and True Love Never Dies.
And, if all this wasn’t enough, DJ Sam Flannagan will then keep the Christmas party going until 7pm! 🌟
Thousands are expected to join the celebrations in Darwen Market Square, with this much-loved, free event organised in partnership with Crafty Vintage and proudly funded by Blackburn with Darwen Council and Darwen Town Council.
