About this Event

Cycling builds endurance and power — but it can also create tight hips, rounded shoulders, and fatigue in the neck and back.

Join Laura Kieley (The Practice) and Physiotherapist Laura Gfeller for a yoga-based session designed specifically for cyclists. We’ll focus on improving flexibility, joint mobility, and core strength — while reconnecting breath, balance, and recovery.

No yoga experience required — just bring your curiosity and a willingness to move.
