We’ll move through gentle yin shapes, staying long enough for things to start to shift underneath the surface. And while you’re there, Kathleen Crowell (Registered Acupuncturist) will offer acupuncture to support your body in releasing, settling, and restoring.

It’s quiet.
It’s slow.
It’s the kind of reset you don’t realize you need until you’re in it.
