- Finding Balance- Performance On-field Session - Cindy Tye- Young and Future coaches –  What you need to know- Katie Aucoin & Adam Miller - This session is for new coaches and young coaches. This session will focus on what you should know, and have in place, before you start a coaching season regardless of the age/stage you coach. This will include information about coaching pathways and coaching courses as well as what to look for from your club to make sure you enjoy your coaching experience.- Managers Best Practices (Round table sharing session)

- Tips & Tricks for Player Management - Julia Burton, Adam Miller & Zach Bauld- Nutrition - Kelley Hiltz Sports - Dietitian Kelley Hiltz-Cameron will provide a practical overview of the key considerations in fuelling for peak performance.  The discussion will include recommendations for daily intake, hydration, game preparation, tournaments and recovery.- Community On-field Session - Katie Aucoin & Mesut Mert- Life Coach - Tisha White

- Inspirational Women in Sport Pathways - Our day wraps up with a panel of 4 women who have experienced sport at the National and International level. Be inspired by their stories.Panel includes: – Mary Beth Bowie – former Canadian National Soccer Team Player, NS Sport Hall of Fame Inductee, grassroots soccer coach– Sarah Taylor: Former U-20 National team player, NCAA division 1 athlete, grassroots soccer coach– Dawn Dauphinee: National team Rugby member, spokeswomen for women in Rugby for Rugby Canada, Hall of Fame member – Kirsti Mason: Professional Ringette Player with Atlantic Attack, 2x Canada games player, Canada Games Coach, founder of Rise Ringette camp (empowers young/adolescents girls to be the best person they can be in and outside of the sport)
