I’ve been so excited to start offering in person classes, but unfortunately that is not going to be any time soon after yesterdays announcements of more social restrictions.
But as you can’t pause your pregnancy until in person classes are available I’m offering online classes. The classes will be the same set up as in person - each class will have a very informal chat so that you can get to know some of your class mates ready for maternity leave, we will go over some breath work for labour and birth, gentle stretches, strength work and finish with a guided relaxation. It’s a great way to keep active and healthy in pregnancy whilst bonding with your bump.

Classes are only £6 for an hours class, but this is reduced to £5 per class if you book a block of four. Classes are every Sunday morning 10-11am.
If you have never done yoga before, don’t worry. We’ll take it nice and slow. The aim of the classes isn’t to get in to complicated poses, but to tune in to your body and simply to keep moving when man of us are sitting about a lot more!
You do not need an specialist equipment. If you have a yoga mat then great, but if not a beach towel or blanket is fine.
