Join the adventure as we explore the world of dance, performance and floor artistry! This high-energy workshop blends dance and gymnastics to build musicality, style and confidence on the floor.
Gymnasts will explore leaps, turns, line work and presentation before finishing with a fun adventure-inspired routine. Perfect for boosting expression, performance and that extra sparkle ✨
Age: Primary & Secondary ages, for recreational gymnasts working less than 2hrs per week.
