 Immerse yourself in a relaxing meditative experience accompanied by the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls Tibetan singing bowls and other instruments to help you relax and let go. Feel yourself being ‘bathed’ in sound as you allow the vibrations to wash over you and experience a deep state of rest for the mind and body.

 I am an Ayurvedic Yoga teacher Reiki practitioner and a Sound Therapy and Sound Healing Accredited Practitioner based in Stockton On Tees.

 Why Try A Sound Bath?

 Boost the body’s natural healing abilities

 What happens during a Sound Bath?
 We will start with breathwork and intention setting whether that is seeking stress relief finding inner peace or a deeply relaxed state before settling and allowing the sounds to wash over you. At the end of your sound journey we will take a few moments to reconnect with your surroundings and carry the peace of the sound bath with you into the rest of your day.

 What will I need?
 A Yoga mat
 Comfortable clothing (as we will be laid on our mats for the sound journey)
 A pillow and/or Yoga bolster
 A blanket
 A water bottle
 An open mind and a willingness to surrender:)

 Please be aware that I do not offer Sound Baths to those where the following contraindications apply as your safety is of the upmost importance:
 Serious mental health conditions eg clinical depression schizophrenia etc
 Sound triggered epilepsy or seizures
 First trimester of pregnancy

 The following contraindications require consultation with your health care provider that they have no concerns about your participation in a Sound Bath:
 Second and Third trimester of pregnancy
 Metal implants plates or other metallic elements in the body (not tooth fillings)
 Pacemaker or any other electrical device or implant fitted
