Join us for the 10th anniversary birthday run celebrating 10 years of SRG in Darlington. Even if you haven’t ran with SRG before come along and see why it’s last 10 years. ?

The Up & Running Social Run Group was created in Darlington in 2015 by Dan the store manager to create a friendly running community around the store providing a different type of running experience. 

It started with only 10 runners and quickly became very popular, so popular it had 407 runners attend one night back on May 2025. 

The social run group idea was adopted by all the up and running stores but the Darlington is the original and still the biggest ?. 

Join Dan, Simon, Emma, Suzie, Jack, Jasmine and Julia for what will be a great celebration of the past 10 years. 

ASICS will be hosting the event with all of their latest trainers for people to test out on the run. 

There will be a raffle to win trainers and other goodies after the run. 

The bars and food stalls will be open in the Market hall after the run so please stick around and support small local businesses, 

Oh and There will be cakes. ?
