�Saturday 8th November�10:00am – 1:00pm�Darlington Rugby Club

We’re opening the doors for an important and honest conversation about female health and wellbeing in rugby. This session is for everyone – players, parents, coaches, partners, and even the dads who want to understand more about how to support the women and girls in our club.

We’ll be joined by a fantastic clinician who’ll guide us through key topics including:

* Breast, menstrual, and pelvic health
* Postpartum recovery, menopause, and puberty
* Mental health, mindset, and optimising performance

Our resident GP, Dr Rachel, will also be on hand for additional insight and questions, and we’re looking to have a bra fitting service available too (we’re just waiting on confirmation!).

This will be a relaxed, three-hour workshop designed to help everyone understand how girls and women can look after themselves at every stage — and how others can better support them.

It’s shaping up to be a brilliant, informative session and we’d love you to join us.
