✨Neon Night Lights Christmas Special✨ a fun, social, walk or jog fitness session inspired by the success of our recent 'Lift the Curfew' event and also the popularity of run raves in London!

Get ready for music, glow sticks and positive vibes lead by fully qualified PT and Coach Emma. Lets banish dark winter nights and bring in some neon and good vibes while getting some steps in.

When: Monday 15th December
Where: Centre of Stanhope Park
Time: 6.30pm to 7.15pm
Ability: Any.... you can brisk walk, jog or run it.
How much:

* For Sole Sisters Members it's £1.50 (or free if you don't want a glow stick)

* For non members it's £3 including glow stick
