Due to demand, we are now opening up our office to run a Here to Help session every month - on the first Wednesday of each month, from 6–7.30 pm.

The free session will explore the link between autism and mental health, offering practical recommendations, real-life insights, and space to share your experiences.

Whether your child is newly diagnosed, on the pathway or you’ve been on this journey for years, this session is designed to support families with children who are autistic and have a wide range of needs.
