I have chose 8 essential oils especially for their ability to aid wellbeing during this time.
We will be looking at how essential oils work within our bodies, and different ways of using them, depending on what we are wanting them to do.
We will be discussing oils for winter viruses, colds, flus. Oils for aches and pains, to aid stress and help us switch off and sleep, for seasonal affective disorder and anxiety. Plus oils to support physical and mental fatigue.

You will be creating two products to take home, bespoke to your needs, plus have a full set of comprehensive notes to continue at home.
