During this session we will explore 8 essential oils with wonderful benefits to both mind and skin. You be creating skincare blends to deeply nourish, moisturise and improve your skin barrier. Products that nourish wellbeing of body, mind , simultaneously.  Plus we will look at the benefits of introducing a few moments of mindfulness into your skincare routine. You’ll be surprised at the results ??

Suitable for people new to aromatherapy, suitable for those with skin problems such as rosacea, acne, eczema psoriasis etc. A great workshop for those with ageing and “normal” skin.
