New Year, New Vision Workshop

Start the new year with an energizing afternoon of creativity and intention-setting on Friday, January 30. Alessia's uplifting workshop brings the community together to reflect, set aspirations, and cultivate a vision for the year ahead. You'll be guided through a goal-setting exercise, a short visualization, and the hands-on creation of a personalized vision board. The experience blends creativity, reflection, and mindful planning, leaving everyone with a board that reflects what they hope to manifest in the year ahead!

Alessia Adler is a health and wellness expert with over 20 years of global experience in yoga, fitness, and personal development. After more than a decade in corporate America, she shifted her focus to helping individuals and organizations strengthen their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. She holds certifications from Harvard Medical School’s Executive Program in Lifestyle and Wellness and is also a Registered Yoga Teacher, Meditation Coach, and certified nutrition, stretch, and personal trainer.
