We’ll work with a stash of reclaimed, repurposed, and beautifully imperfect treasures—weathered papers, rescued textiles, found objects, and all the scrappy seasonal bits. This is a space for playful experimentation, intuitive layering, and the joy of turning discarded pieces into something deeply meaningful. We’ll explore techniques for building richly textured backgrounds, creating layered collage surfaces from book pages, packaging, and ephemera, and adding expressive marks with paint, ink, crayons, and more. Fabric scraps, tags, labels, and found elements will be woven in to create work that feels organic, tactile, and full of story—like autumn itself. No perfection required—just curiosity, play, and a willingness to let the materials lead the way. ✨ Come ready to explore, experiment, and make something beautifully unconventional.
