May Day Community Celebration

Join us for a heartwarming May Day Community Celebration at Coates Recreation Center, the site of the former Coates Elementary School, where past, present, and future come together! This special event welcomes former students who once walked these halls, alongside neighbors, friends, and new generations looking to make memories in this cherished space. Enjoy an evening filled with music, games, refreshments, and storytelling, as we reconnect with the past and look forward to the future of our community programming. Whether you're reminiscing about your school days or discovering all that the recreation center has to offer, there’s something for everyone—from family-friendly crafts to a special May Pole activity. Coates Elementary School Alumni are encouraged to attend a pre-event meet and greet at 5:30 p.m. Come celebrate community, connection, and the spirit of renewal this May Day!
