This exhibit, opening in conjunction with Pioneer Playhouse’s adaptation of "The Iron Baby Angel," tells the visual story of Danville at the turn of the century. Step back into Danville of 1909 through images, postcards, newspapers, and maps, and walk away with a fresh perspective on our community.  

"Danville, 1909" is on display in the Georgia de Araujo Gallery at the Boyle County Public Library from July 2, 2026 to August 1, 2026. An Opening Reception will be held on July 2 from 5-6:30 PM. Light refreshments will be available.

"The Iron Baby Angel" runs at Pioneer Playhouse from June 30 - July 18, 2026.
