Try your hand at ancient hunting practices! The technique of using an atlatl or spear throwing stick is an ancient global technology. Join the Eugene Winter Chapter of Mass Archaeological Society, as they teach you the finer points of hunting a wooly mammoth or wooly rhinoceros in the ancient world! Fun and educational for all ages. Learn about tools that Native Americans in Danvers made and used. If you would like to visit the Nurse Homestead museum, admission is $8 adults, $6 seniors and $5 for kids 6-16.
