This summer, we're excited to offer free outdoor community yoga classes at Danby Food & Drink on Sundays, from May 17 to September 13, at 10:30 - 11:30 am.

Kundalini yoga incorporates gentle movement, breath work, meditation, and mantra to increase physical vitality and elevate consciousness. In this class, we will work on increasing the mobility of the spine, resetting the nervous system, and calming the mind. 

What to bring:
- Yoga mat
- Yoga blocks (highly recommended for support and comfort)
- Towel or blanket (good if you have sensitive knees)
- Yoga strap or long belt
- Water bottle, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses
- Anything to make you more comfortable on the ground

Classes are free and open to the community. A tip jar and Venmo will be available for those who'd like to support Steve's teaching. Whether you're brand new to yoga or have practiced for years, you'll feel right at home.
